FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Boldface Creative and the National Military Family Association (NMFA) Announce the Launch of HeroDedications.com AUSTIN, TX (March 13, 2009) - In cooperation with the National Military Family Association, Boldface Creative, an innovative graphic design and creative services firm, today announced the launch of a new fund raising Web site, www.herodedications.com. Boldface Creative aims to raise nearly $6 million by Memorial Day (May 25, 2009), which will benefit the families of military service men and women. HeroDedications.com is the brainchild of two of the founders of Boldface Creative, Matt Krabbenhoft and Michael Warren. "We're just two guys who are concerned about the plight of our soldiers and their families as the war continues," said Krabbenhoft, president of Boldface Creative. "Neither of us has had the privilege of serving our country, so if we can put our talents to good use here at home, we have no excuse to sit and do nothing." Warren, Marketing VP for Boldface Creative, added, "We understand that it is difficult to ask for donations in these hard economic times, but we know that we can all make a difference no matter how small the contribution. We ask these brave men and women to leave their families while they protect us and our interests around the world. At the very least ,we can help make sure their families don't fall through the cracks in the system." The recent economic downturn has greatly affected everyone, but it only makes things worse for soldiers on active duty away from home. Families of service men and women already worry about the safety of their enlisted loved ones and shouldn't have to worry about paying the bills too. As of 2009, a first year enlisted soldier makes just over $16,000, according to Military.com. Soldiers, guardsmen and their families need America’s continued and full support - especially now. HeroDedications.com is trying to raise nearly $6,000,000 to support the families of the nation's service men and women by selling dedication space on a Web site - 100 pixels at a time. Friends, neighbors and companies can all participate and post dedications and messages of support to any soldier, past or present. Each dedication can be as big or small (100 pixels minimum) as specified and includes an enlarged roll-over dedication with a photo, message and URL. All dedications will remain on the site for five years from the time of purchase. Please visit www.herodedications.com to see the dedication walls and order dedication tiles. Although Konsept is still very new to many it has been around since 2003. This Atlanta/Houston based company has done work for H-Town’s own “Chamillionaire” and A-Town’s “Sole Munki”. Their business continues to grow and has spilled out onto the web.
Boldface Creative worked closely with Konsept to develop their new site. They had the vision and we brought the tech savvy. Together we built a funky, unique and feature rich site that suits this unique company.

Boldface Develops Logo and Web Site for R-M Land |
|
Friday, 12 December 2008 08:00 |
|
Looking for a Hunting or Recreational Lease? R-M Land acquires, negotiates, and manages seasonal and annual leases for premier properties in the Texas Hill Country and their business is growing rapidly. They had so much business coming in that they needed a way to communicate all of their listings to potential customers - and they needed it in a hurry. R-M came to Boldface creative to help them develop a logo and a web site that they could easily maintain themselves.
Working with a Texas/land/cattle theme and earth colors, Boldface Creative was able to design their logo and web site in record time. At the same time, we set up their site with a content management system with an integrated property management module.
R-M started with three property listings. It has grown to over 15 listings since December and continues to grow.
